We are pleased to share two important milestones from our research group.
Dr. Andrea Giovanelli has successfully defended his PhD thesis on the preparation and advanced characterization of anion-exchange ionomers and membranes for electrolysers. His work contributes to the development of more efficient and sustainable technologies for hydrogen production, in collaboration with ENEA (Dr. Valentina Naticchioni).
Dr. Vanessa Matteucci has also successfully defended her PhD thesis on chemical strategies for high-performance bituminous binders derived from waste tire rubber. Her research addresses both materials innovation and circular economy challenges in infrastructure applications. The project was carried out in close collaboration with iPOOL srl (Dr. Cardelli Camillo as supervisor).
Congratulations to both Andrea and Vanessa on this significant achievement, and best wishes for their future scientific and professional paths!
